These operating terms explain the request and confirmation process for experiences arranged through Sand Buggy Rental Dubai, operated by Right Adventure Tourism L.L.C. Read your written quotation and participation waiver before confirming.
Booking requests and confirmation
A website form, popup or initial WhatsApp enquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a vehicle. Reservations checks the requested date, vehicle, timing, guest eligibility and extras, then supplies the final arrangements. Follow the confirmation and payment instructions provided by the operator.
Prices and what is included
Standard buggy rates are per buggy; ATV and KTM rates are per machine. The duration is the selected driving/riding time. Optional transfers, dining and special arrangements are additional unless explicitly included in your written quotation. Sunset and safari combinations require their own confirmed quotation.
Eligibility and guidance
Buggy drivers must be at least 16, with passengers at least 3 and suitable for the vehicle’s restraints. KTM riders must be at least 18 and appropriately experienced. Quad eligibility is confirmed for the allocated machine. The operator may decline participation where safe operation or suitable seating cannot be established. All buggy rides are guided self-drive; follow the guide’s route and instructions.
Equipment, conduct and vehicle responsibility
Wear the provided safety equipment and use the vehicle restraints. Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leave the approved guided route, or attempt manoeuvres against instructions. Review and sign the participation waiver before riding. Off-road insurance is not provided; drivers are responsible for accident, rollover and impact damage according to the agreed waiver and documented repair assessment. Normal wear and tear is not charged as accident damage.
Arrival and transfers
Use the meeting pin and arrival time provided for your booking. Private hotel transfers are optional and quoted separately unless the confirmation includes them. Inform reservations promptly about delays or changes to your hotel or pickup point.
Changes, cancellation and no-show conditions
Send cancellation and change requests directly to reservations in writing. The applicable deadlines, charges and any refund arrangements must be stated in your written booking confirmation before payment. Ask the team to clarify them if they are not supplied. Do not assume that an unconfirmed website enquiry creates a refundable reservation.
Weather and operational changes
Routes, stops and departure arrangements depend on conditions and safe operation. Where the operator cannot run the booked experience because of unsafe weather or operating conditions, contact reservations about an alternative date or the refund arrangement for the affected service.
Camp and dining arrangements
The desert camp is shared. Private guidance or a private transfer does not imply a private camp. The confirmed package specifies any dinner guests, seating and service arrangements; activities or dining extras should not be assumed from a generic vehicle rate.
Payments and assistance
Use the payment method approved in your confirmation, including an individual payment link when provided. Do not send your card number or security code by WhatsApp. For booking questions, contact +971 55 527 8481 or info@rightadventure.ae.
