Information you provide
The booking form collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, requested vehicle and duration, date/time, guest count and optional transfer details. You may supply special requests, including information relevant to guest eligibility. Please avoid sending identity documents, card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to check availability, prepare a quotation, arrange requested services, contact you about the enquiry and manage the resulting booking. A form acknowledgement does not confirm a reservation. Marketing communications require a separate appropriate basis; submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and communications
Requests are stored in the website’s private WordPress booking records for authorised administrators. The system sends an operator notification and an acknowledgement to the supplied email address. Hosting, website backups and email delivery services process information as needed to operate these functions. If you choose WhatsApp, that communication also takes place through the WhatsApp service.
Operational and technical information
The website and hosting may process technical request data for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The booking system uses temporary form tokens and a salted hash of the connecting IP address for abuse prevention and duplicate-request control. Booking contact details are not intentionally passed to website analytics by this booking system.
Cookies and browser storage
WordPress uses cookies for administration and may use functional storage where needed. The booking interface uses temporary browser session storage to remember an acknowledgement reference and prevent repeated success processing. Third-party tools and any analytics added to the site may have their own settings and notices; cookie preferences should be reviewed when such services are configured.
Sharing and retention
We use information within the reservations process and share necessary details with the service providers involved in your requested arrangements. We retain enquiry and booking records only as needed for service delivery, follow-up, accounting or other legitimate recordkeeping requirements, and manage access through the website’s administrator permissions.
Your choices
